1 - Choose your Format
Showcase images of your loved one in a photo Slideshow, perfect to play on a loop in the background of celebrations and memorials. Combine old and new video with music into a Tribute Video. Or get both a slideshow and tribute video to tell all of your loved one’s story. If you need it in a rush, be sure to pick the Express Package!

2 - Choose your Media
If your media is all digital the process is simple. You, your family and friends can simply upload it through our secure portal. If you have tapes, DVDs, or film reels, we can convert them to digital format for you through our easy-to-use mailing system.

3 - Personalise your Order
To personalise your tribute, we ask you to submit the name of the tribute subject and whether its for a special occasion. This will be used for reference during the editing process, as well as for title slides and other key parts of the video. We will also need a YouTube link to the specific song that best characterises your loved one. Music is a vital part of any tribute video, helping to set the tone and emotion. This will be the soundtrack to your tribute.

4 - Confirm your Order
To finalise your order, we take a credit card imprint for confirmation, but you won’t be charged until the final product is complete.

6 - Media Conversion
If you’ve chosen a package that includes media conversion, we’ll provide you with a prepaid shipping voucher to make it free and easy to send us your tapes, DVDs, or film reels from any post office. We carefully convert them into digital format, the conversion process taking a minimum of 7 days after we receive the package. For Express packages that include physical media conversion, we guarantee delivery of the final tribute video within 12 days.

7 - Review your Edits
Within the agreed timeframe (4 days for digital uploads or 12 days for physical conversions in Express packages), you’ll receive a first draft of your tribute through your secure portal. Here, you’ll be able to review the video and/or slideshow and request any changes or adjustments. Our editors will work with you to ensure the final tribute perfectly captures the essence of your loved one and the occasion being celebrated.

8 - Approve and Download Your Final Tribute
Once you’ve approved the final version, we’ll provide a high-quality, downloadable file of your tribute video or slideshow through the same secure portal within 24 hours. You can easily download the file to share with friends and family or present at a memorial, birthday, anniversary, or any other significant event.
