If you already have your footage and photos in a digital format, our process is quick and simple. With our streamlined workflow, you can have your tribute video and slideshow in just 4 days:

Day 1

Upload Your Stills and Footage

As soon as you place your order, you’ll receive a secure link for you, your family and friends to upload footage and photos. Everything will need to be uploaded within 36 hours to get the process started quickly.

Days 2-3

Professional Editing and First Draft

Our skilled editors will prioritise crafting your tribute video. By day 3, you’ll receive your draft to review.

Day 4

Final Edit and Delivery

After you’ve reviewed the first draft, we’ll make any necessary adjustments and deliver the final, polished tribute video by the end of the fourth day.

For Projects Requiring Media Conversion:

If you have old tapes, DVDs, or film reels that need to be digitised, our Express Package still ensures a fast turnaround. We also allow you to upload any additional digital footage during this process to include everything in the final tribute. Here’s how it works:

Send Us Your Physical Media

Once you place your order, we’ll email you a prepaid shipping code. Take your tapes, DVDs, and/or film reels to any Australia Post centre, and they’ll arrive at our facility within 2 days.

Convert old media to digital format with Moving Images

Days 3-9

Media Conversion

We’ll convert your tapes, reels, or DVDs to digital format within 7 days. You can also upload any digital files during this time if you want to combine both physical and digital footage.

Days 10-11

Editing and First Draft

Once all the footage is ready, we’ll begin priority editing and deliver your first draft within 2 days for your review.

Day 12

Final Edit and Delivery

We’ll make any requested changes and send the final, completed tribute video on the twelfth day.
